HOW TO JOIN FAMILY ON STARMAKER FROM RRFC

FAMILY INTRODUCTION

no task ! no tension !

Families rank upon the stars/gifts they received for the past 7 Days

1. click JOIN the send application to FAMILY LEADER right away.
2. You will receive system notification when family leader approves your
application.
3. You can only apply once every 24 hours.
4. Wait till you receive system notification.
5. If Approved : You will be member of this family.
6. If Rejected : You can apply for another family right away, but for this family
you've to wait another 24 hours.
7. You can only join one family at the same time.
8. If you want to join other families you've to quit your current family during the 24 hour after you quit the family.
9. If you're kicked oout of the family, you can only apply for the same after 24 hours
  • Gifts/Points: When you received any gifts from COVER, LIVE, PARTY ROOM.
  • Points:  All gifts are points [ex. 1 gifts = 1 points]
  • When The Family in 1st/2nd/3rd and get officially tag
Family Official Tag :
    1. A Family Tag only show 7 Characters (emoji not allowed)
    2. Family Leader can amend family tag once a month.
    3. Every family member will display this tag once you've submitted successfully.
    4. example: See the picture of "Family Official tag".

    5. The Family Tag can only available on Android Version over 7.3.4 & iOS version over 7.4.3 (PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR APP IS UP TO DATE)
    6. NOTE: WHEN YOU CLICK ON "JOIN" ITS WAITING FOR 24 HOURS BY THE FAMILY LEADER, BUT WHEN FAMILY LEADER INVITE YOU THEN YOU JOINED AUTOMATICALLY  INTO THE FAMILY GROUP WITHOUT WAITING!

    HOW TO JOIN FAMILY

    WATCH FULL VIDEO (Tutorial)


    step 1: Open the "Starmaker/Starmaker Lite/Sargam" app
    Starmaker/Starmaker Lite/Sargam Homepage

    step 2: Now, click on "Me" tab [this is your profile on Starmaker App]

    "Me" tab (Own Profile View)

    step 3: Above your profile section you just some all sections given here! [Like as Drafts, Songs, Noble, Badge, Etc...], Slide/Swipe to the left to view the other section, then you see [Like as Tools, Income, Family, Live LVL Etc...]
    Slide/Swipe to the left to See other section
    step 4: click on "Family" tab
    "Family" Section
    step 5: Type "Rex Rock Band" or "101096" and click search button in search box (search Family ID or Family Name section)
    Rex Rock Band (Family Name)
    101096 (Family ID)

    step 6: Then click on "Join" button 
    [Note: when you sending join request waiting 24 hours, if 24 hours left then your request automatically rejected then you also again sending joining request once again]
    click "Join" for joining the family


    step 7: ENJOY !!

        I have been trouble joining into families. It says "Multiple members can't join " But I can still visit party rooms and live.

      It has been more than 24 hrs...my request is neither accepted nor rejaected.

        Be sure! Your StarMaker account must be 25 above account level & more than 25 cover post, use valid stage name and active all activities (ex. Party room and live streaming and Collect the gifts for complete Daily Task or Check in)

        UPDATE YOUR STARMAKER APP AND USED LATEST VERSION, THEN ABLE TO SEE YOUR FAMILY ICON OR FAMILYTAG IN BESIDE YOUR STAGE NAME.

        Firstly open your starmaker app and then you see at the middle of a "Mic" 🎤 option appears on your mobile screen.
        Now, you can sing any song.......that is called cover song post to family.... Okkk!!

      I had lefted a family group but I am not abeling to join another family , when I am clicking join then the msg coming that you had lefted a last group with 24 hour ... How can I join another group

        1. If you remove yourself then join same family within 4 days, & joining quickly another family.
        2. If you remove by family's captain/co-captain/assistant then join same family within 24 hours, & joining quickly another family.

        "Multiple account can't be a member" (pops up) thats means your account is permanently banned from starmaker.

        And when your account is banned then you can't visit any party room or live (error code: 103003) this code means fully banned its no way access your account.

        you may be create new account!

        No way to cancel the request but your request stay atleast 24 hours if family captain or their assistant accept your request within 24 hours then okkk otherwise your request automatically cancel after 24 hours, then you apply others family

      contact that family captain or co captain or any assistant in that family and then tell him/her they will invite you once again.

        Firstly, you should Uninstall all StarMaker app within 48 hours then again install any StarMaker app then apply any family

        Does it require a certain level?
        ANS: NO! IS NOT REQUIRED ANYTHING BUT LEVEL IS RESET BACK TO LEVEL 1 AT FIRST THAT STARTING

        Do I have to leave my current family before I can create a family?
        ANS: YES! YOU HAVE TO WAIT JUST 48 HOURS THEN YOU CREATE YOUR OWN FAMILY

      If u want to create a new family just left from current family. You can create your own family immediately and LEVEL WILL BE SAME AS BEFORE. dont worry on that

        "multiple accounts can join a family" its means your account banned from official.
        Firstly you should check your account enter any live broadcast & any party room if you not entering then your account permanently banned.

        note: banned account can't join any live/party room/family
